The Service provides aggregation and routing for large language models. Models may come from third parties or channels configured by you. We do not guarantee third-party availability or output quality.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and API keys. Some actions may require email verification before keys can be created or billing actions can proceed. Any loss caused by credential leakage is your responsibility. If abuse is suspected, rotate keys immediately and contact support.
Usage-based billing follows system records and pricing rules. Calls may fail when balance is insufficient. Top-up, refund, and invoicing policies are subject to published terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. You must comply with applicable law and upstream provider terms.
If you use BYOK or custom channels, you are fully responsible for key security and compliance. The Service only forwards traffic according to your configuration and does not assume upstream guarantees.
Digital goods and consumed API usage are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or credit did not arrive, contact support via the footer email within 7 days of payment with your order reference. Invoicing (where available) follows the published process; enterprise buyers should confirm billing entity and tax IDs with sales first.
